i could not imagine how did i survive that day, December 18.

i barely had 7 pesos in my pocket after paying the unexpected fee from SEC.

i were very dog-tired…thirsty and going brainsick…

who among you ever tried walking for a very long distance for hours?

of course i often do especially in the province or going to the far-flung area of our undergrad research…

but walking around the metro during the peak of the afternoon….that is another thing.

since i could not afford a ride fro the office through mrt, i decided (actually, got no choice than) to walk…i strut my feet from the SEc office in Ortigas until, guess where, Quezon Avenue for almost two hours…..

two hours of endless striding along the dusty and smoky highway of EDSA…i gasped all the air (even the polluted one along Cubao) i could take just to keep myself afloat the boardwalk…

this is just another day…

for those who are asking why did i not take extra money…i had a couple of bills, of course, which unfortunately used to pay the unexpected fee the institution asked from my office which the later did not infrom me…

i suffered because of the harum-scarum of other people….
